You and I collaborate throughout this process in order to create a hat you truly Love. No two hats of mine will ever be the same as I do most every part of the hat making process with my two hands.
INSPIRATION
The process begins with picking your Felt, Color, Brim length, Crown shape, Gold leaf message on sweatband, and lastly the Hatband design.

i choose to use coypu/nutria over beaver for my heirloom quality hats. nutria is an invasive species in multiple parts of the world and in my experience, the quality of the fur matches that of beaver. nutria is a much more sustainable option. every cutter paul hat has a weight of 230 grams.

Sizing
“Use Seamstress Tape to measure the circumference of your head.
For the most part people wear their hat roughly 1/2 inch or so above the ears but Its important to place the seamstress tape where YOU want to wear your hat.
Make sure there are no twists in the tape and it sits nice and smooth all the way around. Once you get the tape where you want it and it is snug but not tight take the measurement to the nearest 1/16 of an inch.
Its great to repeat a few times to ensure the correct measurement.”
